Signing up for the ÜNDR Ambassador Program does not guarantee free clothing. Enrollment gives you a discount code to share — it is not a promise of product.
Sample product is earned, not automatic. It may be awarded at ÜNDR's sole discretion when a post you make generates high engagement — as a general reference point, that means results in the range of roughly 50,000+ views, 10,000+ likes, or 500+ comments on a single post. Hitting a number like this makes you eligible for consideration — it does not automatically trigger a shipment.
What the program is
The ÜNDR Ambassador Program is a referral and content partnership. Ambassadors receive a personal discount code and affiliate link to share with their audience. In exchange, ÜNDR asks for genuine, on-brand content that brings visibility to the label.
Enrollment does not guarantee product
Becoming an ambassador is not a guarantee of free or discounted product. Ambassador status gives you the tools to earn commission and recognition — it does not obligate ÜNDR to send merchandise at any point during your enrollment.
How sample product is actually awarded
ÜNDR reviews ambassador content on an ongoing basis. Posts that generate meaningfully high engagement — e.g. 50k+ views, 10k+ likes, or 500+ comments — become eligible for a sample product grant. Eligibility is not automatic: ÜNDR evaluates the account, the content, and the context of the engagement (organic reach vs. paid boosting, bot activity, etc.) before any product is approved and shipped.
- Meeting an engagement figure makes you eligible for review — it is not a guaranteed reward.
- ÜNDR may award product below these thresholds at its discretion for standout content.
- ÜNDR may decline to award product above these thresholds if engagement appears inorganic or inconsistent with these terms.
Eligibility
Open to anyone 16 years or older with an active, public social media presence. Applicants under 18 may be asked for parental consent before any product is shipped. ÜNDR reserves the right to approve or deny any application without providing a reason.
Discount code & affiliate link
Each ambassador is issued a unique code and tracking link. Codes are for personal sharing only — resale, mass-coupon-site posting, or self-use abuse (e.g. reselling discounted product) is grounds for immediate removal from the program.
Independent relationship
Ambassadors are independent participants, not employees, agents, or representatives of ÜNDR. This program does not create an employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. Ambassadors are responsible for any tax obligations tied to commission or product received.
Content usage
By tagging or submitting content featuring ÜNDR product, you grant ÜNDR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, feature, and use that content across ÜNDR's channels (site, social, email, ads) with credit where reasonably possible.
Conduct
Ambassadors are expected to represent ÜNDR honestly and in good faith — no misleading claims, no offensive or discriminatory content, no association with the brand in a way that could damage its reputation. Full conduct expectations are covered in the Ambassador Guidelines.
Termination
ÜNDR may suspend or remove any ambassador from the program at any time, with or without cause, including for code misuse, inactivity, or conduct inconsistent with these terms. Ambassadors may leave the program at any time by discontinuing use of their code and link.
Changes to these terms
ÜNDR may update these terms as the program evolves. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Sign up because you want to rep ÜNDR — not because you're expecting free product on day one. Product is earned by putting up real numbers on real content. That's the whole model.
